All sessions are conducted remotely, making coaching accessible regardless of your location.
Your Breakthrough Session is always conducted via Zoom – this initial face-to-face connection helps us build rapport and allows me to read your body language as we map out your transformation journey.
After that, you choose what works best for you:
Zoom (video): Great if you value face-to-face connection and visual engagement.
WhatsApp (voice only): Many clients prefer this approach after our initial session. Without the screen between us, conversations become more natural and authentic. People worry less about how they look and focus more on what they're saying and feeling. It's comforting to just talk – like a conversation with a trusted friend who truly listens. I find this format helps clients go deeper, faster.
Complete confidentiality: Regardless of format, all sessions are strictly confidential. What you share stays between us – creating a safe space for honest, transformative conversations.
The choice is always yours. We can stick with Zoom throughout, switch to WhatsApp after the Breakthrough Session, or alternate based on what feels right for each conversation. This is your journey, and the format should support your comfort and growth.
