I know what it’s like to feel stuck — even when you know you’re capable of so much more.

I built a fashion label that showcased at Australian and NZ Fashion Weeks, exhibited in Dubai and New York, and sold globally. Then I faced major business challenges that forced me to reinvent. Decades of leading high-stakes projects and at times, across six continents, combined with these experiences, taught me something powerful:

The gap between where you are and where you want to be isn’t about capability. It’s about clarity, mindset, and proven systems.

That’s why I created Transform8.

My credentials: MBA, Certified International Results Coach, Cert IV in Training & Assessment. I’ve led ministerial projects, designed corporate training programs, managed and worked on IPOs, tenders, major brand launches, and global rebrandings, and collaborated with senior leadership and boards across industries worldwide.

My approach: Real-world experience + proven frameworks. Direct, strategic, and results-focused. No fluff, no theory-only coaching – and yes, a touch of humour.
